Refurbishment of existing buildings.

One complex.
Three clearly separated roles.

Within the complex we work on behalf of individual owners – from simple repairs to complete refurbishment, plus reinforced concrete repair of components of the owner's own apartment, such as balconies, and technical building advice. For the owners' association, with the approval or at the request of the administration: repairs to riser pipes, repair of columns and removal of a leak in wall and floor in an outdoor area. We have worked as volunteers on the building committee: technical advice to the committee and owners on damage, responsibilities and procedure, plus information papers in three languages. We have also made information papers available to the community: an information paper on repair principles to EN 1504, an explanation of common test methods, the orientation document Ownership & Responsibility and the process guide for damage reports – reviewed by a lawyer. Separately from this we are developing a digital diagnostic procedure for reinforced concrete to EN 1504 – ConcretoCadastre, for residential complexes of every kind.
